		Renaissance Group, a leading Russian investment bank, needed an interactive induction programme to replace its inefficient PowerPoint based material. With a rapidly expanding business and offices around the world, HR needed a consistent, globally relevant programme. We produced a business wide programme that would interact with their Learning Management System. Visually the programme had to reflect the bank's brand and values whilst communicating complicated issues such as financial compliance and information security.
